Summary |
Early one morning the little train left his porter, Mr Joe Trolley, and his own village of Little Snoreing, and set off up the line to have a look at the world outside, the world where the great expresses went. He saw many things and travelled many miles until, late in the evening, he arrived at a great big junction. The poor little train was so frightened by the noise and blinding lights there that he hurried back that very night to his own station, where he was given a tremendous welcome by Joe Trolley and all his friends. - Dust jacket |
