Summary |
This case study provides a perspective in exploring the health of Cambodian refugee women using grounded theory. The perspectives of women concerning health and care, ethical considerations, and the use of an interpreter were unique aspects of this study. The case study also offers practical, helpful tools in analyzing qualitative data during the coding process. Displacement, migration, and resettlement of individuals, families, and groups are a compelling issue of concern to nursing, as significant and compounding life events threaten health, well-being, and quality of life |
