This case study describes the history of an Event History Calendar from inception to development of an effective adolescent sexual risk research and clinical tool. The case study outlines the steps that led to a pilot study in a teen health clinic that was the first to use the Event History Calendar as a clinical intervention tool. This study also focuses on the methods involved in creating, using, and interpreting the outcomes of the Event History Calendar method
