Commercial surrogacy is a unique exchange where women provide gestational services for money. India has emerged as the hub for commercial surrogacy services. However, this exchange introduces challenges like exploitation. The government of India has committed to ban commercial surrogacy, but Dr. Namrata, a medical director of Desire Fertility Clinic, is unhappy with the government's decision. She aims to engage with the surrogates, impoverished exchange partners, in a more meaningful way, through an ethical marketing framework. Her intent is to create a beneficial situation for all stakeholders involved in surrogacy exchange. This case outlines commercial surrogacy in India and discusses the Integrative Justice Model (IJM) in that context. Students can place themselves in the role of Dr. Namrata to discuss the IJM and suggest ways of engaging with surrogates. Students must present a public policy prescription so that surrogates stand to gain in a just and equitable manner
