Notes An old soldier = Edward Moor. - With an erratum. - With MS. note on a preliminary: "No. 1. The Author of this Pamphlet is Major Moor of Great Bealings, author of the Hindoo Pantheon, &c. With whatever complacency he may himself have viewed this scheme for paying off the National Debt, he does not appear to have persuaded any one else, especially the Fund Holders to agree in his [readiness?] nor do I hear of his having made his fortune by his suggestion"
