Summary
Relentless is a coming-of-age story set in the bustling city of Lagos by successful Paris-based Art director, Andy Amadi. Obi, a young Nigerian peacekeeping soldier recently returned from an assignment in war-torn Sierra Leone, meets and falls in love with a local woman who ends up in the hands of rebel forces. The film also picks up on many other characters he meets along the way and charts his life and emotional turmoil as he returns to Nigeria. Told in flashbacks, the story explores the themes of loneliness, love and self-discovery. The film stars popular musicians including singer Nnenka and musical scores from Tony Allen (Afrobeat drummer) and Keziah Jones
