Summary This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Theory and Applications of Satisfiability Testing, SAT 2019, held in Lisbon, Portugal, UK, in July 2019. The 19 revised full papers presented together with 7 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 64 submissions.
