Summary |
Tells the story of Mark Atkins, an Englishman in search of both his Jewish past and his family's buried treasure. When Germany invaded Poland in 1939, Jack Atkins, Mark's grandfather, was a successful businessman. With only a few hours left before fleeing to London, he gathered his belongings and buried them in the garden of his home in Lodz. Seventy years later, Mark Atkins sets off on a deeply personal treasure hunt. (From the UK, in English and Polish, English subtitles) (Documentary) M (L) |
