This is a study of two recommendations: a need to develop good practice guidelines for use in future land administration projects that would enable longer-term sustainability and greater development impact, and, the need to collect and analyse costs and affordability data from a number of past and current projects that would enable future projects to be desinged with a greater degree of resource-input certainty
