CALL NUMBER includes both the classification number eg. 320.52, and the suffix eg. Aus/Tia, used to place items in order on the shelves.

To find a particular item, type the complete call number:

- 320.994 Aot/Api
- 320.994 A311

To find books on the same subject, type part of the call number:

- 301 retrieves general sociology
- 658 retrieves general works on management
- 305.2355 retrieves works on the development of young people
