In direct response to your feedback we are introducing a new sentencing supplement to the Archbold service that will include the Sentencing Guidelines in full, as they are published by the Sentencing Council. The sentencing supplement also includes the relevant authorities and an abridged version of the Magistrates' Court sentencing guideline. The original pagination from the guidelines will be retained in the paragraph numbering for easy reference. -- publisher website
