This volume discusses the frontal lobes and their expected involvement in language use and social interaction. Conversation analysis is used to examine a range of FTD social behaviours in real-world interactions both in and out of the clinic. The volume shows how the ethnomethodological approach applied throughout the book can help better understand the neurobiology of discourse, the process of socioaliztion, and the role of social motives and moral emotions in maintaining relationships
