The Recommendations for guidelines on diabetes have been derived from the Systematic Review of Existing Evidence and Primary Care Guidelines on the management of diabetes in Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander Populations. They result from a synthesis of information derived after a process of explicit searching and critical appraisal, as documented in the methodology. Each of the recommendations are grouped according to sections in the Systematic Review for easier cross referencing
