Quelles images a-t-on dans la tête quand on ne voit plus ou presque plus ? Comment supporter de vivre quand disparaissent le jour, la lumière, les repères, la perspective ? Des personnes aveugles et malvoyantes nous expliquent et nous font ressentir, images à l'appui, comment ils voient sans les yeux . Par l'usage très inventif de différents dispositifs visuels et sonores pour transcrire leur monde intérieur (images floues, surexposées ou sous-exposées, champ visuel réduit, caméras thermiques et infrarouges et une bande son très puissante), le film nous conduit vers une réflexion philosophique sur la manière dont nous percevons la réalité. What images do you have in your mind when you can no longer see, or almost no longer see? How to bear living when the day, the light, the landmarks, the perspective disappear? Blind and partially sighted people explain to us and make us feel, with supporting images, how they see without the eyes. By the very inventive use of different visual and sound devices to transcribe their inner world (blurred, overexposed or underexposed images, reduced visual field, thermal and infrared cameras and a very powerful soundtrack), the film leads us to a philosophical reflection about how we perceive reality.
