Summary MARINE LE PENFrance has elected Francois Hollande as President over Nicolas Sarkozy, but National Front leader Marine Le Pen says neither of them are brave enough to tackle the root of Europe's problems... immigration. Her far right stance has attracted record support this year with 18% of the vote in the first round of the elections, and on Tuesday's Dateline, she tells Mark Davis that she expects the National Front to be in power within the next few years. In a profile of Le Pen and her party, Mark also speaks to her father Jean Marie, who's courted controversy since founding the party in 1972.But how would Marine Le Pen turn her demands over immigration into reality? And would it really solve Europe's economic woes?LICENCE TO KILLWhen does acting in self-defence become murder? It's the question dividing the United States after the killing of teenager Trayvon Martin by neighbourhood watchman George Zimmerman. Florida's controversial 'Stand Your Ground' gun law allows people to use lethal force if they feel threatened, not just in their own homes, but anywhere they have a legal right to be. Since it was introduced in 2005 the rate of 'justifiable homicides' has almost tripled. On Tuesday, Amos Roberts looks at the effect that's had, both on those who've killed and the families of those who've died. And he examines the controversy surrounding the law, with prosecutors saying justice should be served in court, not on the street.REMOTE CONTROL WAROn Tuesday's Dateline, get rare access inside a control centre for the United States' remote controlled killer drones. From an air force base in New Mexico, pilots control the planes on deadly missions thousands of kilometres away in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The drones, or Remotely Piloted Aircraft as the military prefer to call them, are Barack Obama's favourite weapon in the fight against al-Qaeda. But opponents liken them to playing a video game, ending with the real-life execution of people without trial. Dateline has the US view on their success and hears of the terror for those innocently caught in the firing line
