This volume examines developments from the field of sleep study and outlines methods for the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. It provides a review of the biological rhythms and stages of sleep and outlines the various categories of sleep disorders. It provides methods to chart clients' sleep patterns and behavioral approaches that may help relieve such problems as insomnia.
