Summary In the series final, Caroline visits the New Forest, known for its ancient woods, open heaths, beautiful coastline and abundance of wild animals. Caroline helps round up a 4 month old foal that is completely untamed and has never been handled. At The Pig Hotel and Restaurant Caroline spends the morning with a forager who collects fresh produce from the Forest. She helps the Head Chef prepare a delicious feast of local venison and fresh mushrooms. With such flat terrain, the New Forest is ideal for ballooning, so Caroline joins a local enthusiast who takes her for a magical dawn flight.
