Summary The third film in the trilogy based on the life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. As Queen of Hungary, Sissi stays in Godolo, far from the loneliness of the royal palace in Vienna and her cruel mother-in-law, Archduchess Sophie. Although she loves her time there, she returns to Vienna to avoid Count Andrassy's advances. She leaves Vienna again to recover from an attack of tuberculosis
