The thesis proves that action research can be an effective means of improving the professional development process for Thai school teachers. The ideas of action research were applied to the proposed professional development model, the EDNET project. After the implementation of the EDNET in three cycles of action research, it was shown that the Internet could be used for teletraining that promoted the development of information technology skills for teachers, and released the limitations of professional development of teachers |
