Summary In January 1953, Pravda published on its front page an article revealing a conspiracy of 'criminal-doctors', who were mainly Jewish. They were accused of murdering two Party leaders and of conspiring against Stalin himself. In response, Stalin organised the most violent anti-Semitic campaign ever launched in the USSR, aimed mostly at Jewish doctors. In this program, the children and friends of the main victims recount their experiences related to these nightmarish events.
