Summary
Record of a voyage through Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland in Australia by Edmond Marie Marin la Meslée (died 1893), member of the Royal Society of New South Wales. Meslée emigrated to Australia from France in 1876 and joined the New South Wales Department of Lands and the Surveyor-General's Office in 1878. In 1883 he founded the Geographical Society of Australia. During his journey Marin la Meslée visited amongst others the copper mines at Cobar and the coal mines at Lithgow
