Summary |
This four-part series shows how humans opened up their hearts to help nature's finest and discovered some of the most extraordinary personalities in the animal kingdom. This week tells the true story of a two day old wild harbour seal who, in 1961, was rescued from certain death by Harry Goodridge. Over the next 25 years Andre and Harry established a friendship that brought Andre into the world of humans without Andre's ever having to give up his wildness. This interspecies friendship weathered every kind of challenge including at the end, including Andre's blindness. (From the UK) (Documentary) PG CC **New Episode** |
