Sinus bone grafting can be intimidating for many clinicians as well as for our patients. In this lecture, we will discuss some common complications that can arise from sinus bone grafting as well as how to manage and avoid complications. Four classifications of sinus morphology will be presented along with guidelines for avoiding morbidity while performing a sinus lift
