Food insecurity is a concern across many parts of Africa. U-S agricultural and construction manufacturing company, John Deere, started operations on the continent in 1963. Jason Brantley believes the company's footprint in Africa plays a role in addressing that issue. Brantley is John Deere's managing director for sub-Saharan Africa.
