This case study provides a timeline and critical review of the major changes that have occurred in the UK fashion retail environment during recent decades and their impact on the supply chain, including outsourcing of production, online retailing, and sustainability management, drawing on key examples from the fashion sector that have been instrumental in supply chain innovation.
