While studying in the United States, Adetayo Bamiduro and Chinedu Azodoh knew they wanted to affect change back home in Nigeria. They realized that traffic — which steals hours from the average Nigerian's day -- was just the problem to solve. So they teamed up to create Max.ng, a mobile app that connects passengers and businesses to motorcycle taxis in real time. Now their business helps people and parcels zoom through gridlock with ease, all while employing more than 500 workers. This video is from the Frontiers collection of Great Big Stories. This Great Big Story was made in partnership with Dangote
