Students at Matthews College want to initiate the divestment of the college's USD 345 million endowment. This case examines the interested stakeholders who are able to influence the college's endowment and its potential divestment of fossil fuels and incorporation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. Through the case, a stakeholder analysis and engagement process is followed. The overall goal of the case is to introduce students to the concept of stakeholder engagement and provide tools to help students analyze the stakeholder identification and engagement process
