IN FOCUS: CAPE VERDE FISH INDUSTRY. In Cape Verde, the fish processing plant, OJFP, is turning waste into fishmeal. It was founded in 2007, and the owner says it's a way to protect the ocean, while generating nearly one million dollars, each year. But OJFP says it faces international competition.
