American Made Movie is the story of America being defined by the things that we make. Regardless of our status in the world's manufacturing total, there are millions of workers who can and will build more. It's a call to action for companies to fortify the middle class backbone of a country quickly losing its grip on world prominence. It's a cautionary tale to consumers who too often make purchasing decisions based on price without respect to the butterfly effect of those choices. It is also a warning to government and unions to look out for the best interest of their country and work together to create more jobs in the face of globalization. Finally, it's a story of creating a change in philosophy in just one company. If one company can be convinced that putting Americans back to work is, in fact, great for the bottom line, then who knows who many others will follow their lead.
