Annotation No other book exists that focuses on the variability among custodial grandparent caregivers. With a focus on diversity among grandparent-headed families in domestic and international settings, over 35 contributors explore the many parameters of diversity among custodial grandparents. It also provides a wealth of information and a basis for which national and state-run services can evaluate their current policies and devise funds, services, and programs which can help this growing population successfully raise their grandchildren and our nation's future leaders |
