In a bid to show how exercise is key to helping prevent dementia, endurance athlete Richard Parks attempts to summit Mount Everest without supplementary oxygen. Accompanying him for part of the journey are a team of scientists who, for the first time, are able to gather valuable data on how the body, and the brain react to climbing in the most extreme of altitudes
