Summary |
Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to a ghoulish figure at the foot of your bed. You try to escape when you realize, you can't move. For the countless people who suffer from sleep paralysis, every night can be a living nightmare. The sleep disorder causes those affected to wake up in a semi-conscious, paralyzed state, often times coupled with frightening hallucinations and spooky sounds. We spoke to a few sufferers of the real-life terror about what it feels like to live with sleep paralysis. This video is from the Human Condition collection of Great Big Stories |
