Summary |
This study was conducted in conjunction with the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. The survey focused on human resource strategies, human resource activities, organizational size and stages of development of the organization. Results are analyzed using six size categories and the following stages of development: start-up, expansion, consolidation, diversification |
