"On Wednesday 23rd May 2001 the Federal Court of Australia recognised the native title rights and interests of the Kaurareg People over parts of the Islands of Ngurupai (Horn Island): Murulag (Prince of Wales Island) : Zuna (Entrance Island); Tarilag (Packe Island); Yeta (Port Lihou Island); Damaralag (Dumuralug Islet); and Mipa (Pipa Islet also known as the Turtle Island). The National Native Title Tribunal with the assistance of the parties has produced this booklet to help explain what the determinations of native title mean for the local community"-- P. 1
