Bill just took on the greatest challenge of his career. He is now the General Manager of a resort which is failing to meet the company quota. He is told that if he can't make the resort profitable, he will be out of a job. While Bill uncovers the many problems, he realizes that the main problem is the lack of teamwork within his Executive Team and the employees.
