Summary |
The story of the Nutcracker, is a fantasy. The story reveals a fine insight into the heart and mind of a child, the hopes and fears that can be so poignant. Clara the child, weeps for her broken toy, courageously battles the evil Mouse King and joins her Nutcracker Prince in a land of sweetness and joy. This ballet comprises a total of fifteen musical numbers, with an overture, a first act of two scenes, and a second act in the Kingdom of Sweets |
