October 23, 1981, Queens, New York. Following a high speed car chase through New York, a man is shot dead and another one arrested. They are suspected of taking part in a violent robbery on a security truck. The robbery had apparently been staged by a gang of urban terrorists which the U.S. authorities thought had fallen apart in mid 1970s. Does this mean they are on the move again?
